The Ventress Memorial Library is Marshfield’s Public Library. To apply for a card, bring an ID with your Massachusetts address on it. If you are a new resident and haven’t changed your license yet, also bring a piece of mail that you have received at your new Massachusetts address.
As a member of the Old Colony Library Network, OCLN cards originating from other towns may be used here. If you live in a Massachusetts town that is not part of the OCLN, you will be allowed to apply for a card at our library.

May be renewed twice unless there is a waiting list.
FiNES are five cents per day.
As an alternative to long waiting lists, some bestsellers are available on a $1 per week rental basis.

Circulate for 7 days with one renewal unless there is a waiting list.
Adult card required for videos.
Limit six items - any combination of video or DVD items.
Fines are one dollar per day, per video or DVD.
> Magazines
Circulate for 7 days.
MAY be renewed twice unless there is a waiting list.
CURRENT issue may not circulate.
FINES are five cents per day.

There are separate book drop and video drop slots available to the right of the front door for your convenience.
